A Fall Wedding Full of Heart at The Bradley Estate
There’s something about The Bradley Estate in October that already feels cinematic — golden light across the gardens, crisp air drifting in from the tree line, and that classic New England mix of charm and elegance. Becky and Jimmy’s wedding took all of that and added warmth, energy, and a whole lot of music. Our team loved every minute of it.
Ceremony in the Back Garden
The late-afternoon garden ceremony set the tone — relaxed, heartfelt, and beautifully personal. Our keyboard and violin duo handled both the live prelude and the full ceremony soundtrack, blending classic melodies with modern covers the couple loves.
The wedding party made their entrance to a gentle instrumental version of “Here Comes the Sun” by The Beatles, while Becky walked down the aisle to a gorgeous piano-and-violin cover of Beyoncé’s “Halo.” Everything felt intentional but effortless, and the back garden at The Bradley Estate made for a dreamy backdrop.
When the moment came to recess, “All You Need Is Love” carried everyone into cocktail hour — a perfect way to wrap a ceremony that struck a balance between timeless and modern.
Cocktail Hour on the Terrace & Gardens
Guests spread out across the terrace, gardens, and first floor of the mansion while our instrumental trio played a light, autumn-inspired set. Think warm jazz, classic standards, and the kind of songs that let people settle in, grab a drink, and enjoy the space.
The Bradley Estate’s terrace always feels welcoming in the fall, and the music helped tie everything together — nothing too bold, just the right amount of atmosphere.
Introductions & First Dance Under the Tent
The tent on the side lawn is one of the highlights of The Bradley Estate — soft lighting, airy space, and plenty of room for a great entrance. As guests gathered, we kicked things off with Natalie Cole’s “This Will Be (An Everlasting Love)” as Becky and Jimmy made their big entrance.
The energy stayed high as they moved right into their first dance: “If I Ain’t Got You” by Alicia Keys. The live band performance — complete with horns, just as the couple requested — made for a standout moment. We helped craft a shortened version to keep the pacing exactly where Becky and Jimmy wanted it.
Dinner, Toasts, and a Classic Dinner Music Set
After the first dance, everyone settled in for dinner and a round of heartfelt toasts. Our instrumental combo covered the dinner set with a mix of Frank Sinatra, Norah Jones, Van Morrison, and classic slow-burn soul. The vibe was classy, warm, and relaxed — very “Bradley Estate in October.”
Once guests finished their entrées, Becky and Jimmy slipped away for a quick, informal cake cutting while the room transitioned toward dancing.
Parent Dances
The parent dances happened right before the dance floor officially opened — a perfect lead-in. Jimmy and his mother shared a sweet moment to Van Morrison’s “Days Like This,” followed by Becky and her father with a lively performance of “My Girl.” That upbeat ending set the perfect cue to bring everyone onto the dance floor.
An All-Out Dance Party
From the very first song, this crowd was ready. Becky and Jimmy wanted a blend of familiar classics and high-energy 2000s/2010s hits — the kind of set that gives everybody something to scream-sing to. We packed in:
- “Mr. Brightside” — The Killers
- “I Wanna Dance With Somebody” — Whitney Houston
- “Dancing Queen” — ABBA
- “Hey Ya!” — Outkast
- “Sweet Caroline” — Neil Diamond
And for Becky’s college crew, we made sure to work in “Closer” by The Chainsmokers — a major request and a huge crowd moment. The whole night stayed upbeat, familiar, and joyful — exactly what the couple was hoping for.
The Bradley Estate has a strict end time, but we filled every minute with music, movement, and the kind of energy that stays with a couple long after the night is over.
A Joyful Fall Celebration at The Bradley Estate
Becky and Jimmy created a wedding day that felt classic, personal, and genuinely fun — and we were honored to help bring the music to life from start to finish. The Bradley Estate is always special, but this one had a spark all its own.
