"I can't even begin to tell the internet how incredible this band was!! We had the Stax ensemble and they. SERIOUSLY. BROUGHT. IT. Everyone at the wedding kept talking about how beautiful the venue & decor was...until the band started playing. Then the band was all anyone could mention!!! For much of the night, I couldn't tell if we were at our wedding or a concert of the best, most danceable songs!! All the band members brought so much energy to the music - EVERYONE was on the dance floor, either fan-girling out to the musicians and singers, or breaking it DOWN with their bad selves!!! The experience was great starting with our initial conversations with Art and Sean from the band. Planning was so easy and stress-free even when planning from across the country. "Working with this band was incredible. From our initial engagement all the way to the event itself, the band and it's members were extremely accommodating. Our wedding was fairly unconventional, and the band rolled right along with all of our odd requests. Not only did they learn a Vulfpeck tune for us, but the rest of their set was incredible and much of it was not the standard wedding band tunes you'd expect. We had acoustic guitar for our ceremony music and the guitarist not only accommodated my very specific requests, but also executed them beautifully.
